Rosalyn F. Hinderliter joined LeFante Law Offices, P.C in 2024, and brings a unique blend of academic achievement, hands-on legal experience, and personal resilience to her role at LeFante Law Offices. A proud graduate of Lewistown High School and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Rosalyn earned her bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Philosophy while consistently achieving Dean’s List honors. Her passion for advocacy and justice led her to serve as a legal assistant at Kujawski & Associates before pursuing her law degree at Southern Illinois University School of Law. She completed her legal education during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and was sworn into the Illinois Bar in May 2025.

Rosalyn’s non-traditional path into law reflects both her determination and adaptability—qualities she brings to every client she serves. As a member of the Peoria County Bar Association, she is committed to providing compassionate, informed, and effective legal representation to individuals and families navigating difficult situations. At LeFante Law Offices, Rosalyn is proud to be part of a team known for its integrity, results, and dedication to justice.

Outside the courtroom, Rosalyn stays grounded by raising her two daughters with her partner, alongside their beloved Pekingese and two energetic Savannah cats. She looks forward to serving the Central Illinois community with the same passion and perseverance that have shaped her journey so far.
