Simply Couldn’t Be Happier!
I simply couldn’t be happier with this office! When my journey all got started, I was in college with no extra cash, a bunch of medical bills and a car accident with no money to pay to even have my vehicle fixed. I called Mr. LeFante on a whim and he met with me that day after hours and answered all of my questions himself. I was put at ease after our conversation and let him drive this lawsuit the entire way. Though there were many decisions to be made throughout the way, Mr. LeFante gave me all of my options with his own opinions set aside so I was the one making the decisions without any bias. I nearly had to pull teeth to ask for his recommendations as he truly wanted me to make the decision that was best for me. Though the case drug on, I was happy with the final settlement and truly happy with the customer service. I would recommend this office hands down time and time again. I never felt like a ‘client’, I was always made to feel like nearly family at this office. Never ONCE did I get the feeling I was a case number.
